Account Manager Enterprise Sales

EXPERIENCE:

       •      Minimum 5 to 8years of experience in IT & Telecom Services sales with at least 2 years of experience in selling products to a variety of industry sectors

EDUCATION:

       •      Minimum Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regular visits/contacts to assigned customers to proactively maintain the current business and up-sell/cross-sell du business products and solutions
  • Build strong pipeline along with internal marketing and solutions team to increase customer’s market penetration and maximize existing revenue
  • Follow up and co-ordinate with internal departments to effectively deliver service and requirement on a timely manner
  • Prepare and share reports to management with the required manual and automated reports, market analysis/strategy and account plans
  • Ensure customer’s communication and resolve issues on timely manner to enhance overall customer experience
  • Achieve set targets assigned by performance and planning team
  • High level engagement with key large accounts executive management and key stakeholders in order to develop comprehensive account plan and selling strategy
