Director of Sales - Domestic and Corporate

LOCATION: Dubai

Experience:

At least 10 years’ experience in the attractions or hospitality industry

Previous proven experience of account management

Minimum of 5-10 years sales experience in the UAE critical within the last 15 years, ideally for a destination, tourism, hospitality sector

EDUCATION:

Bachelor Degree Holder in Business Administration/Tourism/Hospitality/Education sector or MBA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

To drive business development across all channels and segments
To guide strategy & priorities for the team to ensure the growth in attendance is delivered
To identify and directs development of company’s distribution and sales across the UAE by identifying new initiatives and opportunities
To ensure continuous market activity to ensure company has a market leading share of voice
To oversee timely deployment of activity & budget according to the requirements of the local partners
To ensure that Sales Team has clear revenue and sales goals for their assigned channel(s) and segment(s)
To provide day to day support with proactive coaching and mentoring to ensure strong commitment and engagement from all team members
To work with team to constantly develop & improve local sales collateral and programmes
To ensure direct reports are adhering to all policies and procedures to the satisfaction of internal stakeholders
