Executive Secretary

Job Description and Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Performs secretarial functions for the Directors’ Office 8th Floor (i.e. typing, filing, attending telephone calls etc.) and ensures smooth operation at all times.
 Arranges meeting for the Directors.
 Maintains a good filing system and ensure that all correspondence is filled promptly and orderly.
 Sorts & dispatches all in comings and outgoing mails in a methodical manner.
 Receiving and forwarding all telephone calls in an orderly manner.
 To maintain a log book for all incoming calls and take massages when necessary, especially important ones.
 Arranges travel, hotel and visas arrangements for the Directors.
 Perform all other related jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.
