The Corporate Sales Representative is responsible for creating mutually advantageous relationships with organizations to build up and maintain corporate sales accounts.

Job Duties

 * Work with the sales Dept to develop and execute Corporate Sales initiatives.

• Prospect new customers via sales calls, direct mail and visit them.

• penetrate new Market and sales forecasts.

• Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.

•  Work hard on achieving all given business targets by direct manager .

• Adhere to the designed proper business attire .

• Acquiring , handling and maintaining SME accounts .

• Achieve the sales objectives set by the top management .

• In charge of developing the sales and promoting new solutions and new products .

• Develop a trustworthy relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction .

• Ensure profitability of commercial offers presented .

• Feedback on field expectations .

• Reporting daily , weekly and monthly visits and activities .

• Feedback on field expectations .

• Arrange a program of visits to ensure proper portfolio coverage .

• Customer complaints management .

• Customer development to ensure loyalty and churn prevention.
