Sales Account Manager - Security Systems - Kuwait

The Sales Account Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners throughout Kuwait. Assigned to channel partners based in the region and responsible for achieving sales, Business Development, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. The Sales Account Manager represents the entire range of Security Products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market. 


  • Coordinating with other Honeywell product Business units to enlist support on specific Projects and develop specifications and Channels
  • Managing and develop the assigned (HSG)s security products
  • Responsible for the sales revenue and develop appropriate Channels, manage partners and training and development
  • Drive Marketing initiatives such as seminars, focus meeting and demand generation activities directly and through system integrators
  • Develop and maintain relationships with allocated partners and potential customers accounts across the assigned market by monitoring sales and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets
  • Monitor and maximize own sales volume and distribution to meet or exceed annual targets

  • BSC Engineering – Electronics and Communications
  • Extensive experience within an Account Management role within the Kuwaiti market in the Security industry
  • Proven experience of exceeding set Sales targets
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic is imperative for this role


  • An MBA is advantageous
  • A broad knowledge of sales principles and best practices
  • Excellent team and communication skills
  • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
  • An ability to influence at the operational level
  • An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
  • Deep technical expertise
  • Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
