Job Description and Requirements



  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
  • Attending meetings with senior management
  • Representing the company and the general manager in the meetings


Key Skills


  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.


Essential Requirements


  • Degree qualified
  • 3+ years of experience
  • At least 2 years in an Office Management role
  • Preferably working within a Real Estate Company, or Holding Group
  • Open to Saudi nationals – male & female




  • Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
  • Salary is up to 10k SAR per month total package
