Marketing and Sales Executive

Job Description and Requirements
  • Build strong connections with customers to develop successful customer relationships.
  • Negotiate and timely book orders according to plan and forecast.
  • Timely communicate orders details to customers’ services.
  • Propose annual sales plan and develop a three months rolling sales forecast.
  • Negotiate / Implement agreed upon product pricing in accordance to approved prices and inline to agree upon business plan.
  • Assist in market research, market analysis and competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities and propose marketing plan and activities accordingly.
  • Participate in the development and execution of successful product introduction.
  • Promote the right product mix to existing and prospective customers to meet their needs and enhance sales.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of customers’ total needs and Sadara’s offerings to assist in formulating marketing & sales strategies and promote long term value creation.
  • Share business and industry intelligence with Sadara’s various organizations to help in the creation of sales strategy.
  • Assist in organizing marketing & sales events, create brand awareness and promote Sadara’s product with prospective customers.
  • Prepare sales analysis reports on a regular basis, underlining challenges and achievements and proposing action plans accordingly.
  • Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Education: 

Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field. 

Years of Experience: 

3 to 10 years
