Customer Service Executive

Job Description and Requirements

- Welcome and greet patients; assist in patient's queries
- Assist in patient registration
- Schedule appointments over the phone and through walk ins
- Coordinate patent's medical insurance
- Assist in billing; verify patient's insurance/benefit coverage
- Prepare doctor's schedule and distribute to different departments 
- Maintain cordial relationship with patients
- Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean
