Customer Service / Receptionist (Available Immediately)

Job Description and Requirements


A self-storage company in Al Quoz is seeking to hire a enthusiastic, energetic, people's person with amazing customer service skills to join their expanding team.

She will be a support in all aspects of running the facility in order to grow and develop the business and will be providing the highest standards of customer service, taking a business approach to maxims profitability, proposing ideas for local marketing, dealing with administration and ensuring all standards are maintained.


Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers

Signing up new customers

Selling products to customers in store

Handling customer enquiries to include face to face on the telephone and via email

Consulting with customers on self-storage needs and availably

Entering customer information on database making sure it is up to date

General housekeeping and maintenance of the store

Desired Skills and Experience

Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.

Minimum 4 years of experience within a face to face customer service environment with experience of selling products

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills

Must have a friendly, energetic and positive attitude to work

Demonstrate flexibility, organization and self-motivation

Detail oriented

Proficient with the latest version of MS Office
