Business Analyst (Fusion HCM)

Job Description and Requirements

Job description / Role

Techno-functional role in 
- Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle Fusion – HCM
- Implementation project or support project (minimum of 2 end to end implementation project experience)

Should have carried-out the following responsibilities
- Requirement gathering 
- Demo to business users
- Solution design
- Test plan preparation & Testing
- Coordination with technical team during technical design and development
- User training before start of UAT
- Production issue analysis, simulation & fixing

Should possess experience in the following modules
- Core HR
- Compensation
- Absence management
- Benefits

Technical expertise
- HCM Data loader – to load bulk data into Oracle HCM cloud
- HCM Data Extract – to extract data from Oracle HCM cloud to send to other application
- Fast Formula development
- BI Publisher – report development
- Experience in HR dashboard
- SQL & PL/SQL

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in Fusion HCM applications. 
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts and HCM Fast Formula. 
- At least 3 years of experience in OTBI, BI Publishers, Infolets and other HR dashboards. 
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL. 
- At least end to end 2 implementation life cycle.
